Fakturo was born out of frustration. Existing invoicing tools are too complicated, too expensive or too ugly. We believe it can be done better.
We started in Czechia and now build for freelancers, sole traders and small businesses across Europe and the US — people who want to spend as little time as possible on paperwork and as much as possible on work they enjoy.

Every extra second spent in the app is a second away from your real work. That’s why we aim for an invoice in 30 seconds.
Less is more
We don’t add features just to have something to show. We add them because they solve real problems for real people.
Local rules
VAT rates, company IDs and the notes your invoices need — set by your country, not copied from somewhere else.
Your data belongs to you
No vendor lock-in. Export anytime, in open formats. You’re always in control of your data.
