Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, with no notice period. Turn off automatic renewal in Settings and your subscription runs until the end of the paid period. Then you move to Free and keep your invoices and data.
I have a discount code. Where do I use it?+
At checkout when you order a monthly Start or Pro subscription, in the discount code field.
Do you accept cards?+
You pay by card through Stripe’s secure checkout.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime in Settings.
What if I run out of invoices on Free?+
The Free plan includes 5 invoices a month and up to 5 clients. The invoice limit resets next month, or you can move to Start for unlimited invoices.
Are my invoices safe?+
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), each user’s data is kept separate in the database and the database runs in the EU (Frankfurt).
